HRHeadStart: Invitation for Mentorship Program
The HRHeadStart community is growing well and I am elated with the feedback I have received about how it is helping HR students and young professionals.
As the community grows, I am keen to offer more personalized mentoring support to young people achieve success in their lives. Hence, I am investing more of my time in this endeavor and inviting mentorship applications. Over the next few months, I intend to work with 3 people to mentor them on areas that would be valuable to them. It could be about specific HR skills, careers, interpersonal effectiveness, building presence (physical or social), starting a business or any other topic that’s meaningful to you.
You just need to meet the following simple criteria:
Currently a HR student or a HR professional with less than 5 years of experience.
Your physical location, academic grades, professional background etc. don’t carry any weightage., but your motivation to learn, grow and make an impact does.
You can reply back to this email with a brief description of your profile, the topic(s) you are interested to be mentored on and what would you like to gain from the mentoring relationship. There are no costs involved whatsoever. In return, I will only ask for your partnership to co-edit one edition of this newsletter for our community - which will also help you to learn, grow and gain visibility!
